Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in a health-care questionnaire.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel your appointment, anything less than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

Please alert the receptionist when making your appointment if you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication.

If you are in the early stages of pregnancy, we regret that the salon has a policy of no treatments, until the first 12 weeks have passed.

​

For medical and legal reasons the salon has a policy of no children under the age of 16 can book any treatments.

For maximum enjoyment and health & safety reasons, we would like to recommend no children in the salon during treatments.
